Chicken meat and broth:

4 - 6 pieces of chicken (legs, thighs, wings)
2 celery ribs with leaves, cut in half
2 carrots, cut in half
½ onion, cut in wedges
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper

Vegetables for soup:

1 - 2 carrots, sliced
1 - 2 celery ribs, chopped or sliced
½ c onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken meat and broth ingredients to large stock pot; cover. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour, until chicken is easily removed from bone. Save broth in pot and discard vegetables. Remove meat from bone and cut in pieces.

Add 1 qt of chicken feet stock, meat and vegetables to broth in stock pot. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add egg noodles. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.
