Mild Italian sausage links
Boneless chicken breasts ( thicker ones)
Scallions chopped
1 red and 1 green pepper chopped
Roasted Peppers (use a jar with the juice)
Mexican or Monterey shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil
Add sausage and chicken
Add roasted peppers with liquid from jar
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cut chicken and sausage into bite size pieces
Put cheese on top
Bake to melt cheese
