1 qt of peppers sliced
3 cups of white vinegar boiled
3 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp Alum
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper pod

No directions were written but I would guess you place peppers and garlic in a large jar. Boil rest of ingredients. Let cool and pour over peppers. Refigerate
