1 large can chicken breast
2 - 14 ounce cans mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can pinto beans (undrained)
1 can corn (undrained)
2 cans chicken broth
1 can black beans (optional)
1 small can olives (drained)
1 package taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a big pot, add all ingredients except for taco seasoning. Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium low.

Add taco seasoning as desired for taste.

Cook on stovetop for at least 30 minutes so seasonings blend.

Optional: for garnish we use cilantro, cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.

You can also substitute the chicken for cooked hamburger meat. I'd stick with the chicken broth.

We also like to fry up some onions at the beginning for a deeper flavor.
