Dressing
I usually dry a variety of bread types (wheat, white, buns, French bread, corn bread etc.) about 3 lbs.
With a rolling pin and a bag I crush all the bread to semi-crumb stage
To this add a cup of chopped celery and about 1 onion or 1/3 c. onion flakes
Add fresh sage (I use at least 1/3 c. rubbed in my hands) and some poultry seasoning
To the part of the stuffing that will go in the bird I add some melted oleo, some chicken broth and hot water
Mix until semi-moist. Keep other part dry for the gravy.
Stuff the bird!
