3 small packages of lemon Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cans Dole tropical fruit (juice and all)
1 package of cream cheese
Juice of one lime

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve 3 packages of lemon Jello in 2 cups boiling water
2. Add 2 cans Dole tropical fruit and cream cheese to blender or food processor. Blend both until smooth.
3. Add juice of one lime.
4. Mix with Jello and put in mold or pan
5. Refrigerate until set.

1 large can of mangos and 3 cups water can be substituted for the Dole fruit but I have not been able to find mangos in the store and the direction on this substitution was a little vague.
