2 large eggs
Pinch salt
Pinch Black Pepper
1/2 oz reduced-fat cheese, shredded (2 tbls)
1 tbls chopped scallions
1 tbls finely chopped red pepper
1/2 oz Canadian Bacon, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat a nonstick waffle iron. Place eggs in a medium bowl; add salt and black pepper Beat with a fork until well blended. Stir in cheese, scallions, bell pepper and Canadian bacon.

2. Spray hot waffle ion with nonstick spray. Evenly pour in egg mixture, lose lid, and cook until omelet waffle is browned and cooked through, about 2 minutes. Serve warm.
