2 teaspoon chilli powder
½ cup roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon tamarind pulp
2 tablespoon spice blend
4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
½ cup fried onions

1. Mix all the above ingredients and blend to a fine paste
2. Good for vegetable gravies, sea foods and grills
