Ingredients: 3/4 cup dried pinto beans 3/4 cup dried black beans 1 lb ground turkey 1 large onion diced 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced 2 stalks celery, diced 2 teaspoons cocoa powder 4 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons ground coriander 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 cup beef broth 28 oz can diced tomatoes 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions:Soak dried beans overnight OR quick soak by adding beans and enough water to cover the beans by two inches to the Instant Pot and cooking on Manual for 10 minutes and Quick Release. Drain beans and put aside.
Sauté ground turkey in a little bit of olive oil until cooked through. Add onions, celery, and jalapeño until softened, then add garlic and cook for a minute.
Add spices, cocoa powder, and honey and sauté for a few minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste and cook for another minute. Stir in beef broth and soaked beans. Add diced tomatoes to the top without stirring.
Cook on Manual for 25 minutes and allow to Natural Release. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
