1 lb ground beef
1 1/4 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
3/4 c water
6 6-inch flour tortillas
2 c shredded Mexican-blend or cheddar cheese, divided
1-2 c salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes. Cover the bottom of a lightly greased 9"x9" baking pan with 3 tortillas. Top with one cup cheese and all of the beef mixture. Layer with remaining tortillas, salsa and 1/2 c of cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until bubbly.
