2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10-oz can enchilada sauce
10 3/4 oz can, cream of mushroom soup
10 3/4 oz can, cream of chicken soup
16oz pkg, shredded cheddar cheese
6oz pkg, corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef and onion; drain well. Stir in sauce ad soups. Transfer beef mixture to lighly greased 9"x13" baking pan. Top with cheese and corn chips. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
