1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
3/4 c. toasted chopped pecans
1 t. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
sugar for sprinkling
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and yogurt; then flour and baking soda; stir just until moistened. Fold in nuts and orange peel. Fill paper-lined or greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375º 18-20 minutes. While hot brush 1/4 c. orange juice over tops and sprinkle with sugar.
