1½ cups spaghetti sauce
1 lb rigatoni or ziti (cooked 2 minutes less than pkg directions), drained
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 15 oz container ricotta cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Pepperoni, Black Olives, Mushrooms to make the Silly Face (optional)
* Reserve 1 cup of sauce to pass at the table

Preheat oven to 350º.
1. Cook, drain and slightly cool pasta.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together spaghetti sauce, 2½ cups grated mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan cheese (set aside ½ cup of mozzarella for topping.). Toss Sauce and cheese mixture with pasta and pour into an ungreased casserole dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan. Use pepperoni, mushrooms, black olive slices to decorate the top with a silly face.

3. Bake 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with extra sauce.
