Personal Notes:
During our Corona Quarantine, Sarah and family gave me a birthday present of weekly fruits and vegetables delivered to our door. I soon found myself with an extra head of cauliflower and was searching the internet for a cauliflower-centered recipe and found this delicious soup at a site called “Cooking Classy”. If you like potato soup, you’ll love creamy cauliflower soup.
