2 cups water
1 cup smeed na3em
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
Flour (see instructions)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Blend the water, smeed, and salt in a blender.

2) In a separate cup mix to activate yeast then add to the blender: 1 tsp yeast dissolved in a little water and sugar.

3) Slowly add flour about ½ cup could be less or more

4) On medium high (adjust temp as needed) pour kitayef in pan and cook until you see the bubbles. Flip on a sheet when done.

5) Stuff with cheese or nuts of choice

6) Fry or bake.

7) Enjoy
