For the Topping

½ cup brown sugar packed

Combine all ingredients in a food processor
 

For the Filling

3 tablespoons butter softened
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar packed

Pinch all ingredients together with your fingers
 

For the Cake
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
½ cup unsalted butter
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ cup flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1¼ cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º and generously butter a 9x9 pan.

2) Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3) Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4) In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with sour cream and vanilla until combined. Do not over mix.

5) Pour half the batter into prepared baking pan, and then add the filling on top smoothing it out evenly.

6) Add second half of the batter and top with the toppings evenly.

7) Bake for 35 min (check on it with a toothpick so it doesn’t over bake)
