1 1/2 C salted butter, room temp
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
4 1/2 C all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and extracts until smooth. In a separate bowl, stir flour and baking powder. Slowly add to the creamed ingredients.
Roll out on a floured surface or parchment paper with a floured pin to 1/4" thick.
*If you roll and cut out on parchment paper, peel away excess dough and move entire sheet onto cookie sheet.
Recombine scraps and roll again.
Bake at 350º for 7 - 8 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to cooling racks.
