1 1/2 c. GF cracker crumbs
5 c. chopped onions
4 T. butter
1/4 t. seasoned salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk or half & half
1/4 t. seasoned salt
dash nutmeg
dash cayenne
dash dry mustard
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cracker crumbs in greased 9" pie pan. Fry onions in butter until starting to brown, sprinkling with 1/4 t. seasoned salt. Put on top of cracker crumbs. Mix rest of ingredients except cheese and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes; or until a knife in the center comes out clean. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
