20 oz. GF dark chocolate chips
10 GF Oreos, broken in chunks
3/4 c. GF white chocolate chips
1/4 t. peppermint extract
2 GF candy canes, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Line a 10x15 pan with parchment. Melt dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cookie pieces; spread in pan. Melt white chocolate; stir in extract. Drizzle over dark chocolate in pan; sprinkle with candy canes. Refrigerate until set; break in pieces. Makes 1 1/2 lb.
