¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup shortening
1 ¼ cup packed brown sugar
3 tbs milk
1 tbs vanilla
1 egg
1 ¾ cup flour
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, shortening, sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add egg and mix. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture at low speed. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 7-8 min. Cool on baking sheet 2 min.
