1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. half & half
1 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
2 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
6 eggs
1 T. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In medium pot, heat butter, half & half, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves. Stir in chocolate chips. Cool to lukewarm. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Pour in parchment-lined 8-9 inch springform pan. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325º until center looks just barely wet, but is set. It will firm up as it cools.
