1/2 recipe Double Duty Meatballs
2 pkg (11 oz each) refrigerated french bread dough
vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 Tbsp grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) mozzarella cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Place dough, seam side down, on a large baking sheet. Join ends of dough together to form a large ring. Using a bread knife, cut 8 diagonal slashes, about 1/2" deep on top of dough. Brush lightly with oil. Press garlic evenly over dough ring. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake 26 - 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately move bread to a cooling rack. Cool completely

To assemble sandwich, cut bread in half horizontally with bread knife. Spoon meatballs with sauce over bottom half of bread. Top with cheese slices and replace top half of bread. Cut into wedges and serve
