2 Lbs. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey (I like to mix the two)
1/2 C Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 Small Yellow Onion
1 Sweet Bell Pepper
2 - 3 Shakes of Ketchup
2 - 3 Shakes of BBQ Sauce
1/2 C Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, salt, pepper, onion, bell pepper, ketchup and BBQ sauce and hand mix.
Grease two 5 x 9" loaf pans and place ingredients in pan.
Pour Spaghetti Sauce over meatloaf
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
