4 Cups flour
2 cups of water
3 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt

PLUS
2 cups of white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Add yeast, sugar, and olive oil to warm water and mix

2) Add wet mixture to combine flour and salt. Mix well for about 6-7 min (in a mixer) to form dough (the dough will prob stick to hands)

3) Form into ball, dust bowl w/ flour and let rest for ~45 min After, gently knead. It will deflate a little. Knead into a ball and flour counter

4) Knead on counter, forming one large ball

5) Divide dough into 4 pieces/ balls. Cover w/ towel and rest for 15 min

6) Take one ball and flatten, then roll it into a log shape (X4 balls)
**** Take each log, roll out, and shape into a circle (think oversized bagel)
**** Cover and let rest while prepping sesame seeds

7) In a separate bowl, combine sesame seeds, tsp sugar, and 1 tbsp water.

8) Dip dough into sesame seed mixture on both sides, cover well

9) Stretch dough out & form long oval shape

10) Place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper

11) Cover and let rest for 20 min

12) Bake at 450º for 20-25 min or until golden brown
