Sour cream
Broccoli
Ranch packet
Parmesan
Mexican Blend
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Bake the potato, slice in half or cut off the top of the skin

2) Sauté chopped broccoli with butter

3) Take out the potato so only the skin is left

4) Brush skins with olive oil and seasoning. (Or melted butter)

5) Add potatoes in a bowl and make the ranch packet as instructed; add in sour cream, a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Add a little bit of Parmesan, Mexican blend cheese, and sautéed broccoli. Add in as much of the ingredients as you need to get the desired consistency.

**If you don't have the ranch seasoning packet, you can use bottled ranch.

6) Stuff the skins with potato mixture.

7) Bake

8) Drizzle melted butter with seasoning on top of the potatoes, and sprinkle with more cheese.

9) Bake again just until the cheese melts.
