Shrimp Eggrolls Recipe

1 pack (40 count) spring roll pastry
2 cups shrimp cooked, chopped
1 small green cabbage, finely chopped
1 onion, diced
2 large carrots, shredded
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 red pepper diced
1 green pepper diced
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Mrs. dash
Soy sauce
Frying oil

1) Throw in chopped shrimp and chopped vegetables in skillet pan, and add seasonings and soy sauce to taste

2) Let cool a little before wrapping (or pastry will rip)

3) Wrap in pastry and fry until golden brown on both sides (about 5-10 minutes)

4) Any extra filling can be frozen.
