5 medium potatoes (cut in quarters)
1 stick of butter (and maybe more)
1 Cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil potatoes with a teaspoon of salt in water (until cooked) then drain the water.

2) Take potatoes off the heat, and cut up butter into the potatoes and mash until butter is melted

3) Warm the milk in the microwave and add to the potatoes slowly to get proper consistency. (May use less or may use more than 1 cup)

Tip: The secret is in the butter. Don’t be afraid to use a little extra.
