Chicken wings
Hot sauce of choice
Oil
Season Salt
Garlic
Mrs. Dash
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1) Rinse out wings

2) Put in aluminum pan

3) Spice with season salt, garlic Mrs. Dash, a little paprika, vegetable oil (rub all over)

4) Put in oven at 500º (mix around, flip over, add desired hot sauce, and put on broil last couple of min).

5) Bake for 45 min -1 hour

A great sauce for the wings is to mix Franks Buffalo Sauce with 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
