1 1/2 c. flour
3 T. cocoa
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1 T. vinegar
1 T. vanilla
1 c. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a 9x9 pan. Pour oil, vinegar and vanilla over dry ingredients; pour water over all and whisk. Do not beat. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Leave in pan. You can add frosting or serve it plain. This is so quick and easy. I usually made Black Beauty Frosting for this cake.
