1 scant cup coursely ground bread crumbs.
1/3 c toasted sliced almonds
1 tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp unsalted butter or margarine, melted
2-3 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 (6-8 oz) skinless haddock, cod or other fish fillets
1/2 c mayo

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Lightly grease a medium baking dish
In a small bowl combine crumbs, almonds, salt and butter. If necessary, add additional butter to make the mixture hold together.
Place the flour in a shallow dish and coat the fish lightly, shaking off the excess.
Place the fish in the prepared pan. Spread mayo over the fish surface and sprinkle with the crumb mixture, lightly pressing it into each fillet.
Pour water around the fillets to a depth of 1/8 inch.
Bake 20 minutes or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.
