Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have been making this recipe for so many years on Thanksgiving. I wanted to change things up one year and tried a different recipe and was told not to do that again. This is one of my husband's favorite side dishes that he only gets one day a year. Not everyone likes sweet potatoes, but if you do this is a great recipe.
