1 box angel food cake mix (add water only)
1 can pineapple (or any fruit you want....mandarin oranges are amazing too)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Empty can of fruit into bowl. If it isn't already diced, cut it into bitesize pieces. Add the dry angel food cake mix and stir until well combined with spatula. Dump the mixture into a 9" x 13" nonstick pan that is not greased. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top and middle feels like it is firming up when gently touched in the middle. Put on a cooling rack until cool. Slice and serve.
