6 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
8 med. potatoes, peeled, diced
1 onion, chopped
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
7 c. milk
2 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Few drops Tabasco (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and bouillon; bring to boil. Add veggies; cover, simmer 12 minutes or until tender. Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir until melted. Stir cheese sauce into veggie mixture. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil). I cook in crockpot for 5-7 hours.
