6 large eggs
3 cups whole milk
⅓ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp kosher salt
10 1/2 thick slices of bread (10 oz Brioche)
1 cup blueberries
Powdered sugar or blueberry syrup

Butter 2 qt baking dish. In large bowl, whisk all ingredients but bread and powdered sugar. Dip break in ixture and arrange in dish overlapping slightly. Pour rest of egg mixture over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 30 minutes or over night. Preheat oven to 325º . Sprinkle blueberries on top and between bread slices. Bake until puffed and custard set, 55-65 minutes. Tent with foil if browning too quickly. Cool 15 minutes and dust with powdered sugar or serve with blueberry syrup.©
