2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups grated carrots
4 eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, carrots, and pineapple - mix well. Bake at 350 40 - 45 minutes.
Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
