4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. grated onion
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
1 c. monterey jack cheese, grated
1 small jar of pimentos, chopped
Dash of Tabasco
salt, to taste

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, mustard, pepper and garlic powder with mixer. Stir in rest of ingredients. Chill several hours before serving. Besides using for sandwiches, this is also good for stuffing celery, mini sweet bell peppers, on crackers or making a grilled cheese sandwich.
