4 pound 8 ounce (3 quart) Marinated Artichoke Hearts drained and coarsely chopped
48 oounce (1½ quart) Mayonnaise
Chopped onion (optional)
5 oz. (⅓ cup) Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
12 ounce (3 cups) Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Fresh vegetable crudités and bread

Directions:
Directions:
Blend artichokes, mayonnaise, chopped onion, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400ºF; 15 minutes or until cheese melts and browns slightly.

Serve with fresh vegetable crudités and bread.
