2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 cup dry sherry.
3 to 4 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 to 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Paprika
Assorted crackers.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine and 8 oz. (2 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese to room temperature. In small mixer bowl, combine butter and cheese with 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/3 cup dry sherry. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Chill mixture; divide into thirds. Roll each into a ball. Roll one in 3 to 4 Tbsp. snipped parsley, another in 2 to 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed, and the third ball in paprika. Serve with assorted crackers.
