6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut to about 1/2" thick
3/4 cup flour
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour into a shallow dish. Whisk eggs and milk together in another shallow bowl. Pour Panko crumbs onto a sheet of parchment paper.

Dip chicken pieces into the flour to coat completely, then dunk into egg mixture, coating well. Next, put onto Panko crumbs, turning to coat completely. Set aside and repeat with all of the chicken pieces.

Heat about 1/4" vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry the Panko coated chicken pieces in the vegetable oil until nice and golden brown, turn over and cook the other side until nice and golden brown.
