1 1/2 lb. stew meat or ground beef
2 cans tomatoes
2 c. water
1 med. cabbage, sliced
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 T. sugar
2 T. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Juice of one lemon

Brown meat. Add rest of ingredients. Cover; cook 2 hours.
