1 t salt
1 egg
Water to make a stiff dough.

Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add potatoes. Use scissors to snip dough into water in small pieces and cook until potatoes are done. Drain. Beat 2 eggs; pour over potato and dough mixture. Fry until eggs set and potatoes are browned in 2 T shortening.
