2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter (melted and cooled)
1 Egg
1 Cup 2% Milk

Topping:

1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
3 Tsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Butter (melted)

Frosting:

1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. Milk (enough to make a good drizzling consistency)
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 375º
2. Grease or line muffin tin.
3. In mixer, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
4. In another bowl combine butter, egg and milk.
5. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Combine topping ingredients.
7. Fold half of the mixture into muffin batter, gently. Do not over stir.
8. Fill muffin tin with 1/4 cup of batter in each opening.
9. top with remaining sugar mixture.
10. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes or until muffin springs back when lightly pressed.
11. Remove from oven and cool. Transfer to wire rack.
12. Mix together frosting ingredients. Drizzle over top of muffins.
