3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Pre-heat a waffle iron; if able, choose Med-High heat

Beat the eggs until they are frothy. Add the cheese and stir so the mixture is roughly consistent.

Add the mixture to the waffle iron. It will take longer than traditional waffles to finish the chaffles (~twice as long as regular waffles). Continue to cook until the chaffle is crispy

These are great as stand-alone items with butter, or can be used as a no-carb option for buns for burgers!
