1 lb sirloin steak cut in 2 inch strips
1 onion - sliced
1 green pepper cut in strips
2 carrots - halved and quartered
3 stalks celery - cut in 2 inch pieces
1 large can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the steak on both sides and then put in a small roaster. Add the rest of the ingredients and bake at 300 º for about 2 hours or until the meat is tender.

Delicious over mashed potatoes or rice.
