1 large pork butt roast (4-5 lbs) cut into very small pieces
3 heads garlic - minced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast into small pieces (¼ inch pieces). Add minced garlic and salt and pepper.

Mix together.

Using a meat grinder or a KitchenAid with a sausage attachment put casing on sausage attachment and fill casings fairly tight.

Cook in a 375º for 45 - 50 minutes.

Let it cool a bit before eating (if you can wait that long)
