1 (15.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix (I use Pillsbury sugarfree Devil’s food cake mix)
1 (3¾ oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix (I use sugarfree)
4 eggs
½ c. vegetable oil
½ c. hot water
1 c. sour cream
½ tsp. real Watkins vanilla
1 c. mini sweet chocolate chips (I use sugarfree chocolate chips)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease and flour bundt pan or use Baker’s Joy baking spray.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream and vanilla. Mix until smooth, about two minutes.

Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared bundt pan.

Bake 1 hour. Allow to cool before serving.

I used this recipe to create a “low sugar” version for those of us that have to watch our carbohydrate intake. It’s good prepared regular or sugarfree.
