2 cups biscuit mix
2 tbsp melted butter
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup golden seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F.

Prepare biscuit mix as directed on package.Roll out onto lightly floured board into 14 in X 10 in rectangle. Spread surface with melted butter.

Combine brown sugar, instant coffee and cinnamon. Dust evenly over surface. Scatter raisins. Roll up firmly starting from 14 in side. cut crosswise into 12 slices.

Place cut side up on greased baking sheet. Bake in 425ºF oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
