1 whole chicken, cut into pieces (wings, thighs, legs, breast split)

2 Tbsp seasoning salt
1 cup milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Add enough oil to a frying pan so that it is about 2 inches deep. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, mix together flour, seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside ¼ cup flour mixture to use for gravy. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, shake off excess flour, dip in egg wash and then back into flour mixture. Shake off excess and set aside on a plate while oil heats. Carefully add chicken into hot oil and move around to make sure it isn’t sticking. Cook until browned on both sides. Place in preheated 200 degree oven to keep warm if you are cooking chicken in batches
