Crust
1 ⅓ cup graham cracker crumbs (16 squares)
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted

Filling
2 pints strawberry ice cream, softened
1 can (1 pound, 4½ oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
Strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare crust -- In a small bowl, mix together crumbs and cinnamon; stir in butter. Reserve two tbsps crumbs mixture. Press remaining crumbs firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated moderate (350ºF) oven for five minutes, cool.

To prepare filling -- In a large bowl, beat ice cream until smooth; beat in pineapple. Turn into crumb crust. Sprinkle reserved two tbsps crumbs over top. Freeze until firm. just before serving, garnish with sliced strawberries, if desired.

Filling maybe prepared without crust. Turn into a 4-cup mold or eight 4-ounce individual molds
