6 large bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomatoes sauce
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 cup long grain rice, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes. In a bowl mix all ingredients, except cheese, together. Place in a baking pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Remove foil, top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
